About the Author

Dr. Yogesh Sontakke, MBBS, MD (Anatomy), is currently serving as Additional Professor, Department of Anatomy, Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Educa on & Research (JIPMER), Puducherry. He is a passionate teacher admired by the students for chalk-n-board teaching. He is known for his magnificent anatomy illustrations. He received the “Excellence Award” in Medical Educa on 2022 from IMA Tamil Nadu.Dr Sontakke is working on various research projects on immunohistochemistry and confocal microscopy. His constant perseverance, dedication, and passion for teaching are reflected in his numerous well-read books.
Dr. Rohini Motwani, MBBS, MD (Anatomy), is currently serving as Associate Professor, Department of Anatomy, All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Bibinagar, Hyderabad.
